To ensure our students are protected all students are required to sign a student contract. Stansfield College has adopted
the standard student contract issued by the Council for Private Education.
Each student is issued with a student contract with an unique identification number during admission. The contract
contains the breakdown in fees.
Detailed terms and conditions contain the refund provisions and conditions when the College can issue a refund. All
contracts are in English and in the case of minors, the parent or guardian are required to sign this in order to be binding.
